good location fresh towels tasty breakfast misleading information tiny bed extra costs
the location is quite good. many sights are within a short walk. i found the room clean. fresh towels arrived daily. breakfast cost 15 eur. it seemed tasty and had variety.
i read that there was a free pool and spa area. this was misleading. it is free only if you pack flipflops and a robe. the bed was tiny.

The room was very clean and spacious. i found the location convenient, a comfortable walk to major attractions. the hotel provides toiletries and a hairdryer in the room. i appreciated being close to the train station. It's just a short walk with a direct connection to the airport.
the walls seemed a bit thin, so i occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms.

convenient location helpful staff constant noise street noise
the hotel's location proved convenient. i found the staff to be helpful .
the room i stayed in had some sound issues. street noise penetrated the windows constantly, disrupting my sleep. it was difficult to rest properly without earplugs.

faulty plug sockets missing iron
breakfast was nice it had scrambled eggs and bacon
the room lacked an iron some plug sockets did not work and there was only one usb port the room needed more attention to detail i was quite disappointed by these issues a more thorough check would improve the guest experience i felt that these small things significantly detracted from the stay

the staff greeted me with such warmth and attentiveness. diego stood out with his really good kindness and helpful suggestions. my room featured modern decor and comforting amenities. the hotel's central location allowed easy access to many cultural treasures.
i noticed slight wear on some of the hallway carpets.

Really good Stay, Location, Service, and Amenities Shine
central location spa amenity great breakfast
The hotel's location offered easy access to key attractions. Everything was conveniently within walking distance, which I greatly appreciated. Breakfast provided a fantastic start to each day. I also found the spa an excellent amenity after a day of exploring. The white sheets and towels were lovely.
I found the gym smaller than I anticipated.

The Beautiful Double Room included high-speed internet and a mini-fridge. Thoughtfully laid out, the room was clean. An array of in-room amenities anticipated every need. There was even a well-stocked coffee station.

the hotel location is central. it is within walking distance of many attractions. the entrance has appealing aesthetics and a warm welcome. i found the staff very helpful and friendly.
there were few hooks and shelves in the room or bathroom. the closet was small.

breakfast is served in a rooftop setting. it offers a wide variety of options, including juices and hot drinks. the rooftop location gives great views of the surrounding area and santa maria maggiore basilica.

the hotel is about 30 minutes from the colosseum. a walk to the vatican takes about an hour. it is also only an 8-minute walk from termini station, a great convenience with luggage.
